Transplanted from my home in the woods and fields of rural Georgia, I have created a space in Virginia Beach where I can bring my creative ideas to life. Whether drawn on paper or engraved in metal, I am always ‘chasing’ the line between realism and dream. Whether holding a piece of charcoal or a hammer, I am searching for the perfect allegory for life as an artist, mother, and wife in our current times.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s jewelry making and metalworking program . She studied abroad in the fall of 1999 Cortona, Italy , is a member of the Society of North American Goldsmiths , a mother to 2 humans and one dog , also wife to a very handy husband.
